Customization & Order Process

- Submit your logo (preferably in Ai or PDF format) to SilkRoadLink@outlook.com, and notify us after sending.
- Upon receiving your logo, our team will create a design mockup for your approval before commencing production (production lead time: approximately 4-7 days).

Primary material: Cotton canvas (beige as standard). For fabric color customization, feel free to contact us—we can match your preferred shades (view product images for fabric texture details). Black ribbon is included, with expandable design options available upon request.
