Customization & Production Process
- After payment, please send your logo to SilkRoadLink@outlook.com, or contact our customer service for detailed communication channels to submit the logo. Preferred formats are PDF or SVG; high-definition images are also acceptable.
- Upon receiving the logo, our team will create a design template for your confirmation. Production will commence once confirmed, with a production cycle of approximately 4-6 days.
- Please provide your phone number, as it is required for courier services.
