Order Process
- After payment confirmation, submit your logo file to SilkRoadLink@outlook.com or Contact our customer service to share the logo (preferred formats: PDF, SVG, or high-resolution images for optimal clarity).
- Upon receiving your logo, our design team will create a template for your approval. Production will commence immediately after confirmation, with a production cycle of approximately 4-6 days.
- Please provide your phone number, as it is required by the courier for delivery coordination.
