Order & Customization Process
- Select your preferred box color, size, and quantity.
- Send your logo file (AI format preferred) to SilkRoadLink@outlook.com, and notify our team after sending.
- Upon receiving your logo, our team will create a design template for your confirmation. Production will start after approval (manufacturing lead time: approximately 4-7 days).
- Contact our customer service for detailed communication channels as required by the courier for delivery arrangements.
