Order & Production Process
- Select your preferred bag color and required quantity.
- Send your logo file to SilkRoadLink@outlook.com. Recommended formats: AI, PDF, or SVG; high-resolution images are also acceptable. Please include relevant order details (which will be provided after order confirmation) in the email subject.
- Upon receiving your logo, our design team will create a mockup template for your review and confirmation.
- Provide your contact phone number, as required by the courier service for smooth delivery coordination.
- Production lead time: Approximately 7-12 business days. Shipping time: 4-6 business days via FedEx after production completion.
