Order Process
- Choose your preferred printing option and quantity, then complete the purchase.
- After payment confirmation, please send your logo to SilkRoadLink@outlook.com. Our team will create a digital proof for your review and confirmation.
- Once the proof is approved, we will proceed with production and arrange shipping.
Note: Minimum order quantity for printing on both the polishing cloth and paper envelope is 2500 pieces.

Logo Printing
We offer multiple logo printing techniques, including screen printing, original color indentation, and gold leaf application. The logo will be printed on the surface of the paper envelope by default. The polishing cloth does not include a logo; if you wish to add a logo to the cloth, an additional $15 fee will apply.

Production Lead Time
Production duration depends on the selected printing method, typically ranging from 1 to 2 weeks.
Shipping Information
- We exclusively use DHL or FedEx for international shipping to ensure reliable delivery.
- Delivery time varies by destination, generally taking 4 to 6 business days after shipment.
