Important Notes
Our pricing covers the cost of a custom monochrome logo and air freight shipping. Transit time is approximately 3-6 days for the United States and 4-8 days for other countries. For two-color or full-color logos, or if sea freight is required, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Ordering Procedure
- Select your preferred box color, size, and quantity.
- Send your logo file (AI format is preferred) to SilkRoadLink@outlook.com, and notify us after sending.
- Upon receiving your logo, we will create a design template for your confirmation. Production will commence once approved (production time: approximately 4-7 days).
- Contact our customer service for detailed communication channels, as this information is required for express delivery.
